Intent signals
Find the moment a prospect has a reason to act.
Kercel monitors public sources for alternative searches, complaints, replacement research, hiring triggers, and other evidence that a company may be ready for a better solution — from the ICP you define to the lead that lands in your queue.

1. Start with your ICP
Tell it who you're looking for, and where to look.
Define an ICP once, then pick which sources to watch. Every source shows its per-scan credit cost up front — enabling one is a visible, upfront decision, not a surprise on your bill.

2. Tell it exactly what to search for
Real queries, in each source's own syntax.
A Google query can use real search operators; a Reddit query is a keyword search across posts and comments. Run a scan on demand and see exactly what it costs before you click.

3. Score against signals that matter
Every score comes with its own rubric.
A signal is scored 0, 1, or 2 against a definition you can read, not a black-box model. Three deterministic signals — tool usage, growth, budget — run automatically on every lead, no setup needed. Bundle the rest into a signal group for the ICP that needs them.
Coach Mara — scored 2/2 overall
Complaining
Frustrated with their current tool or workflow, in public.
2/2Asking about tools
Asking how to migrate, or looking for a replacement.
1/2Using tools
Already running one you replace, or juggling too many disconnected ones.
2/2Trigger timing
Recent launch, hire, or cohort — a reason to act now.
1/2Default rubric — customize your own dimensions on Pro and above.
4. Every discovery lands in one queue
Scored, filterable, ready to work.
Fit score, fired signals, detected tools, and a quick good/noise call — all in one row. Filter down to exactly the leads worth your next hour.

Never a duplicate lead
The same person, found three ways — resolved to one lead.
A verified identifier — a real LinkedIn URL, a confirmed profile link — merges automatically. A domain scraped out of free text gets flagged for a quick human check instead, so two unrelated people who happen to mention the same tool never get silently merged into one lead.
