Kercel (a brand of Unity Space SLU, Calle Lirica 9, Spain) uses third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to deliver and operate the Service. Where they process personal data, they do so under data processing agreements that include confidentiality obligations, appropriate technical and organisational security measures, and (where relevant) the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the Data Privacy Frameworks for transfers outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland.
We will update this page as our subprocessor list changes. We will notify customers of material additions or changes to this list.

How to receive notifications of subprocessor changes
Customers on paid plans will be notified of material changes to this list. If you object to a new subprocessor, you may terminate the affected services in accordance with your agreement. Questions about this list can be sent to privacy@kercel.io.
